1. Where is my package?
After you have placed your order, the processing time is usually 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery to addresses in Norway normally takes 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday).
The total delivery time is therefore 5-8 business days .
If you have not received your package within this period, please contact our customer service.
2. Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
Please remember to check your spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.
3. How can I track my order?
With your tracking number you can follow the status of your order online.
Use the link in the shipping confirmation email you receive.
