You will receive the return address and instructions from our customer service.

Returns must be sent by post. The return label is the customer's responsibility.

Return costs

The customer is responsible for all return costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or faulty goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via info@belleveo.com

Attach photos of the damage and your order number.

In such cases, we cover the return costs and offer either a refund or a new item.
