Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return a product, we follow clear and concise returns policies to make the process easy and safe for you.


Return policy

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

  • The product must be in new condition , unused and without damage.

  • Original packaging and labels must be intact.

  • Personalised or customised items cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges are not accepted.


Return process

  1. Please contact us at info@belleveo.com before returning the item, and always include your order number.

  2. You will receive the return address and instructions from our customer service.

  3. Returns must be sent by post. The return label is the customer's responsibility.

  4. Mark the package clearly as "RETURN" .


Return costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.


Damaged or faulty goods

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via info@belleveo.com

  • Attach photos of the damage and your order number.

  • In such cases, we cover the return costs and offer either a refund or a new item.


Refund

  • Refunds are made via the same payment method as when purchasing.

  • We process refunds within 14 days after we have received and inspected the return.

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.
