Terms and conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following is understood:

  • Withdrawal period : the period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer : a natural person who is not acting as part of a commercial activity and who enters into a distance sales contract with the seller.

  • Day : calendar day.

  • Subscription agreement : a distance sales contract for the delivery of products or services over time.

  • Durable medium : a tool that enables the consumer or seller to store information in a way that allows for future access and unchanged reproduction.

  • Right of withdrawal : the consumer's right to withdraw from the agreement within the withdrawal period.

  • Seller : the legal person who offers goods or services to consumers via distance selling.

  • Distance sales contract : an agreement concluded via a distance selling system, where communication takes place exclusively via distance communication.

  • Distance communication : technology that enables the conclusion of contracts without physical presence.

  • Terms and Conditions : these general terms and conditions of the seller.

Article 3 – Application

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and distance sales contracts between Belleveo and the consumer.
Before the contract is concluded, the text will be available to the consumer.
In the case of electronically concluded contracts, the terms and conditions will be made available in a format that can be stored and retrieved on a durable medium.


Article 4 – Offers

All offers are non-binding and subject to change. Descriptions are as accurate as possible. Obvious errors are not binding.
The offer contains information about price (including VAT), shipping costs, payment and delivery terms, right of withdrawal and conclusion of the contract.


Article 5 – Conclusion of the Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and the terms and conditions.
Order confirmation is sent by email.
The seller has the right to reject orders in case of justified doubts about the ability to pay.


Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer may cancel the purchase within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
Products must be returned in new condition , with original packaging and labels.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Both defective and non-defective products can be returned.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and for obtaining a return label.
Returns must be sent by mail to the address provided after contacting customer service.


Article 7 – Refund

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for purchase.
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.


Article 8 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sealed hygiene items that have been opened

  • Perishable goods


Article 9 – Price

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and include VAT.
Any customs and import duties upon delivery to Norway are paid by the buyer.


Article 10 – Delivery

Order deadline: 17:00 (CET)
Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Delivery time: 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total delivery time: 5–8 business days

Delivery is only made to addresses in Norway.


Article 11 – Payment

Payment is made via available payment methods in the online store when ordering.


Article 12 – Complaints

Complaints must be sent in writing to info@belleveo.com with a description and any pictures.
A response will be given within 14 days.


Article 13 – Disputes

This agreement is governed by Norwegian law.
Disputes shall be resolved amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be heard by a competent Norwegian court.
